Tasting Notes

COLOUR

Deep garnet red with ruby highlights, reflecting both concentration and maturity typical of Amarone.

AROMA

Rich and complex bouquet with aromas of dried cherry, plum, and blackberry. Notes of fig, cocoa, and sweet spice blend with hints of vanilla, licorice, and tobacco, creating depth and warmth.

PALATE

Full-bodied, smooth, and velvety. Flavours of dark fruit, chocolate, and raisin unfold over soft tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of spice and toasted oak.

CELLARING

Excellent to enjoy now for its richness and harmony, but can age gracefully for 10–12 years, developing notes of dried fruit, leather, and sweet spice.
