Rosso Riserva Feudo Arancio
COLOUR
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections and brilliant clarity. The colour suggests both concentration and maturity, typical of a well-crafted Italian red reserve.
AROMA
Expressive and layered bouquet with aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and wild berry. Notes of sweet spice, leather, and subtle vanilla emerge from oak maturation, complemented by hints of earth and dried herbs. The aromatic profile is rich yet balanced, with fine complexity.
PALATE
Full-bodied and well-structured. The palate opens with intense dark fruit flavours supported by smooth, well-integrated tannins and lively acidity. Flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum are framed by notes of spice, cocoa, and gentle oak. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent with refined fruit and subtle savoury nuances.
CELLARING
Enjoy now for its ripe fruit and structure, or cellar for 4–6 years to allow deeper development of tertiary aromas and enhanced complexity.

It also complements pasta with hearty ragù, eggplant parmigiana, and mature cheeses. The wine’s balanced tannins and spice notes harmonize with slow-cooked stews and herb-seasoned dishes. Serve at 16–18 °C to highlight its structure, depth, and Sicilian character.
